In the workshop we will perform all the stages of beer brewing and we will explain the difference between the beer production process, at home and in the brewery.
We will talk about the world of beer styles. Where did they start producing beer, main landmarks in the history of beer, the styles of beer that have developed over the years and what distinguishes each style from another.
We will learn how to taste and evaluate beer professionally. All this in a light atmosphere while combining amusing stories and anecdotes.
The explanations will be accompanied by a guided tasting of 5 special and unfamiliar types of beer that represent the main beer classes and a tasting of the raw materials from which the beer is made.
After the cooking workshop, if you want, you can receive the beer you brewed, we will take care of the beer during the fermentation and at the end we will take care of bottling it for you, you take care of the labels.
